If you live outside our catchment area we are unable to accept you as a patient. To register you as an NHS patient you must provide proof of address, complete the necessary registration paperwork and have a healthcheck with the practice nurse.

You can be registered with any doctor and will be able to see the doctor of your choice, subject to availability.
