Appointments
The surgery runs an appointment system. To arrange an appointment, telephone or come in person to the surgery. If your case is urgent you will be seen the same day.
A routine appointment (10 minutes) will be given within a maximum of two days. If you are in doubt about the seriousness of your problem please ask to speak to the doctor or nurse. If your problem is likely to be complex, please ask the receptionist to book a double appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give that precious appointment time to another patient.
Please note that if you regularly fail to attend your appointments or cancel on time you may be removed from the list of patients. Please advise the receptionist if an interpreter is required.
Telephone Advice
If you need telephone advice, please ring the surgery between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. At any other time, you may be asked to call back or to leave a message for the doctor or the nurse to ring you back at the end of the surgery or upon their return to the surgery. Please do not expect us to deal with complex medical problems over the phone.
