The surgery runs an appointment system. To arrange an appointment, telephone or come in person to the surgery or register for online services - see below. If your case is urgent you will be seen the same day. The next routine appointment (10 minutes) will be offered to you or you will be able to see your preferred doctor subject to their availability.
If you are in doubt about the seriousness of your problem please ask to speak to the doctor or nurse. If your problem is likely to be complex, please ask the receptionist to book a double appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give that precious appointment time to another patient. Please note that if you regularly fail to attend your appointments or cancel on time you may be removed from the list of patients.
You may be offered a telephone appointment, where appropriate, to discuss results, follow-up care or to triage the urgency of an appointment.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to provide any on-line or email consultations and any correspondence received via email will not be seen by a clinician.
Evening and weekend appointments are available at some other local surgeries, please ask at reception for details or to book one of these appointments.
Please advise the receptionist if an interpreter is required for your appointment.
SYSTMONLINE - APPOINTMENT SERVICES
SystmOnline is a web‑based service linked to our appointments system.
The SystmOnline Smartphone App can be used on:
Apple devices running the iOS operating system (iPhones and iPads), and
mobile phones and tablets running the Android operating system
It is listed on Apple's App Store and on the Google Play Store (search for "SystmOnline") and is available to download for free.
HOW TO REGISTER?
Please bring Photographic ID to the practice and you will receive a printout with your login information.
