Welcome to Wellington Health Centre

In this practice we believe that it is our responsibility to help maintain people WHCin good health rather than simply to treat them when they are ill. We also believe that if somebody is unhappy this has an important bearing on their physical health.

For these reasons we work as a team of doctors, nurses, health visitors and counsellors. We link to the local community-based psychiatric teams, other support teams, drug dependency groups, alcohol support services and social services.

We audit our work frequently and honestly and try to improve our performance. We like to listen to patients’ suggestions and change our practice accordingly. We also believe that it is our role to act as a patient’s advocate to ensure that he is treated justly and according to his needs within the broad NHS system

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Follow Wellington HC on Twitter

If the letter is not returned you may be in danger of being removed from the practice's list. If you received the letter and didn't respond, accidentally binned it, or just lost it, don't worry, all you have to do is make a quick call to the surgery and confirm your address or you can use the 'Update Contact Details' link to confirm you address & contact numbers.
